Honours Lists

Is there a searchable database of everyone who has an honour? Or any other way of finding out if a person has one? Someone wants to know before they go to the trouble of nominating a local person.

It will soon be easier to look at the list of peeps without a honour.

Can they not google the persons name?

I have googled the person and am pretty sure there is no gong attached! The lists provide good info but they are not searchable and it makes depressing reading through them all! I'll suggest they go for it if they feel so inclined as the system will soon reject them if they already have one.
