For many years I used Koh-I-Noor technical pens for everything. Don't take a fountain pen on a submarine. After the pressure transients from snorkeling you will wind up with an ink stained shirt.

because they can make a nice weapon? but then again so can biro's. even a pencil would be useful for maiming and i'm sure a deranged submariner could come up with something useful to have a party with!!! probably helf + sefty gone potty x
