Tesco Shopping

Tesco is one of the biggest supermarket chains in the UK. For more convenience you can now buy everything online that you can buy in their stores. You can shop online and have your grocery shopping from the Tesco website delivered right to your door. They also offer insurance, loans, credit cards and bank accounts.

Tesco’s core purpose is to create value for customers to earn their lifetime loyalty. There slogan ‘every little helps’ bears this out. This means that they want to make the shopping experience of their customers so good they will keep coming back. They maintain this view with their employees to make sure they are happy and so will want to go that extra mile for their customers.

Founded in 1919 the first Tesco was a market stall which sold surplus groceries. Within five years the store was already selling its own branded items.
