Yes I always read reviews when available. Theyat least give a flavour of what to expect. I've also posted reviews, good and bad.

Hi Caribeing, yes I am. Beauty products can be expensive, so yes, I do look for reviews.
I do take account of reviews but realise there are a lot of fake reviews out there, both positive and negative.

If I'm buying an expensive item I read the professional reviews where available as well as the customers'.

I do send things back if I'm unhappy with the purchase, that is why I prefer to buy online. I have far more rights than by buying from a bricks and mortar shop

Hi Elena agree about beauty products I have purchased nail products and thankfully they have been great due to reviews! Wanted to buy a chair booster cushion today which looked good but negative reviews put me off!

It is good to shop when you can return items but on some sites it is difficult to return!

Yes I read reviews and post them.
I do read reviews but I never post them. Just laziness, I suppose.

A non-high rating from reviews mean I think again about a purchase. A high rating doesn't prove it is good but it means it is worth staying on the "consideration" list. I have rarely reviewed items. Have to say mainly when not happy.
That's the problem with reviews - more people are likely to comment if there is a problem than if they are happy with the item.
