They have a limit of 3 for each item. You can't order more than 3 loaves of bread, 3 bottles of milk, right, understood.
So, I go to the Frozen section and I don't know when I am going to get another slot so order one bag of beans, one bag of mixed veg, one tub non dairy ice cream, one bag mixed Fruit, one chicken dinner, one bag of Sole, one bag Smoked Haddock.
Guess what, all they will allow me is 3 items in total!!. Surely they mean I can't have 3 bags of fruit and 3 tubs of ice cream etc? Not just 3 Frozen items? Would the same happen in store I wonder?
Does this seem right to you or is it me? Sigh.

Thanks jno. Trying to speak to them is a waste of time.
Another thing ...
There were about 5 items I ordered which I was told were out of stock. OK, but my order won't be delivered for 15 days, does that mean they are still going to be out of stock then?
no, I think they just alert you now in case you want to order a substitute. Fifteen days in advance I doubt they'll know what they have in stock either. Their system isn't really geared to deliveries two weeks later, in normal times.

That's my thinking as well. I have left them on as they are and will have a look nearer the time and see if their status has changed.
I might just go onto another website and see if the other supermarkets let me order more than 3 frozen items.
I'll be back - sorry;-)
Iceland let you - and you can get next day delivery
You can get Greggs Steak Bakes at Iceland...........Just saying. :))
Just champion with Bisto granules gravy, chips, and mushy peas.
i had the ame with ocado - i am shopping for 5 households and wanted 2 loaves, 2 packet of bagels and some crumpets but they are all classed as bakery so i couldnt
...and fattening, Togo, but who cares.
ps i would go back in before shopping is delivered and see if it's back in stock and add it if it is, My ocado shop just came and i originally couldnt get R flour but went in on thursday and then added it as it wa back in stock

LOL Togo. Thanks Toorak, been meaning to have a look at them.
OK been on to Tesco's site and I could not order more than three of the same item in the Frozen section which is as it should be. Unlike Waitrose, it allowed me to order three of anything else in the frozen section as well. So Waitrose needs to to get it sorted.
I have just got a full asda order, for the first time in weeks... nothing excessive, but the only things that were unavailable were still potatoes...

It's a pain bednobs. If they don't get it sorted I'll shop at Tesco which I do use occasionally. I'll try and contact Waitrose either by email or tell my lovely delivery guy and ask him to have a word when he has time.

An did you have the problem bednobs and me are having Pixie?

Haha Tills. Not for me though....I'm so full of "nervous energy" (full on smartarse git) that the weight drops off me. I am busy putting together a set of Oatcake recipes for ex-pat Stokies and stuck on what to include with Avacado and Guacamole with as an appetiser in a freshly thawed and rolled one. All suggestions welcome on a sheet of your hoarded bog roll to watarecipedotcommunist/uk.
Damn....saw a thread roll through "Latest Posts" called Frozen Shoulder and thought it was advice on where to get a bit of Lamb.
Try the local butchers, Togo. :-)
It seems not, lb. My last delivery had more "unavailable' than arrived. This time, I got everything except potatoes.
