Many thanks, cant see missing earring, but can see 2 small white spots so will go with that. Thanks for all your help everyone.

The woman in black/grey holding the smartphone up has a stud in her left ear in the left-hand picture.

On the right of the flowery bag there are two flowers on the first picture and only one on the second (you can only really see the dark centres as dots)
