I originally thought it was to do with driving - and which side of the road.
The capital of Luxembourg is Luxembourg. I don't think the others have a capital of the same name

I think the odd country out is England. It is the only one which is an island.
England isn't an island though is it- it's part of a landmass that includes Scotland and Wales
