"Past It" is by an author that sounds like / not spelt like an old things Roadshow

The farm building one (although the work is nothing to do with farming) is by a "dessert often had at parties that contains alcohol", but the Christian name is a sounds like and not spelt like.

The other one is what happens on a motorway for instance when works are being carried out. Once again a sounds like (and you need to have an E in front of the sound also)
The motorway one is mainly an anagram from memory + the name of a three letter river in North Yorkshire at the end
