thanks ... couldn't sort 1a, downhill for top rhs. bit distracted by seeing my son and dil new house gorgeous affordable but 50 miles away ... they pop in a couple of times a week ....... invite themselves to dinner..... cup tea on the way home .... not to mention my grand daughter
