7D Surrey town rejected English name - that is right (7). It might be Reigate but how would that parse? 12A Have survived being crazy (4). I have ??o?.
13A Prioritised cash, should a hotel open (7,2,1,4). I think it might be "brought to a head" but can't parse it. Thanks in advance.
