It was very gracious of you to suggest that I do that, Scorpio. Generally I do give BA to the first reply but the reason I didn't this time was that I didn't get Danny's answer. There was no anagram. You made it clear that once the letters of 'scale' had been removed, 'radii' was left. The remaining letters didn't even have to be rearranged. Therefore, on this occasion, I'm going to let things stand. Thanks and best wishes to all.
