Where do you actually start from and what is the true key because tried various things tried thearpy was working but I don’t know seems to of Like come back it’s like fighting with me it’s very tiring how do you hold it and move forward And get on with it and just enjoy life is it something that isn’t going to change I need to except that or does it get better and some things actually work for better or can I only find it

It's often trial and error as to what type of help is right for you, but you need something that you feel comfortable with - take very small steps each day and don't be hard on yourself if there are a few backward steps in there too. Gradually it will come. Do chat with your doctor too.x

The total lack of any Punctuation makes your post VERY difficult to understand ! You REALLY need to talk to your Doctor , he / she will be able to help and suggest a way forward !

Hardly helping with the self confidence by criticising the op.
Ive suffered from social anxiety issues on and off for years. (to the extent of becoming suicidal and being hospitalised). Tried CBT therapy, meds, even acupuncture but nothing really helped. (except self medicating with alcohol and tranquelizers) Had times when I couldnt even get on a bloody bus. People dont know how debilitating it can be.
Dont know exactly how, but somehow Im now not so bad. Think its mostly getting some self esteem back (in my own case getting work with people that I love to work with at a job that I love)

Edge yourself out of your comfort zone a little bit at a time. Try things you are comfort with a bit at a time until used to them.
