Anyone Able To Do Me An Enormous Favour?

Im trying to create an LPA account with the .gov site online. Everytime i try to create one by putting in the email and creating a password, it tells me i have done something wrong (but neglects to tell me what of course)

So i can see if it's me being a muppet or if the software's not working?

Try using a pasword that has at least one upper case letter & number and a symbol e.g. *

If I try with a duff password it tells me loud and clear. Is it possible you already have an account using that email address, do you have another you could try?

Danny, special characters are not allowed just upper and lower case & numbers

i dont think its possible i have an account (unless it's the gateway account but you'd have thought they would have made that clear, and besides that's a numer not email), but i went to "forgot password" and put in my email but nothing came through

I've just set up one up with no problems, and I have an existing Gateway account so it can't be that
