Ahh it all makes sense now! The sadism of the met. Vile. I can not believe the off duty cop isn't facing retribution. Reasonable force? Pffft. What kind of example does this set! Absolutely vile.

As has been said the guy was already restrained If this copper is willing to head butt the guy in full glare of the public ; when any threat was already neutralised ;i wonder what he is prepared to do to other people , when there is no one around in a non life threatening situation . Whatever you think of the guy is irrelevant in the circumstances I certainly wouldn't...

Just goes to show.. Regardless of your perspective, this could happen to anyone who disagrees with being forcibly held against a train carriage doors by a large oaf looking male. Dare you tell him to get off you, you'll find his head pushing your nose into the back of your throat.

Male or female who knows what bounds his aggressive, impulsive, barbarianism behaviour knows!
I agree, I cannot see why the headbutt was not classed as assault.
i'm sure it would be classed as assault if the roles of the two men involved were reversed

Question Author
The man was in a position to be apprehended. He was vulnerable and cornered not to mention pinned to the wall by the under cover police officer.

The under cover met police officer still headbutted this man because the person he was holding shotgunned? I don't think that's reasonable justification to inflict such an illegal manoeuvre to the face.

It's typical. One rule for some, one for another.
Question Author
Shouted in his face* I am not sure how that changed to shotgunned????
Just an accidental clash of heads during a scuffle. :0)
Question Author
Just because something was an accident doesn't mean it should go unpunished. If you accidentally run someone over, do you just carry on with your day?

Seems you might if you're part of the met.. one of the biggest gangs in England.
I fought the law and the law won.

Every time.

Thuggery is in the eye of the beholder.
Question Author
Regardless of the situations that lead to the moments being filmed.. from the footage, the headbutt was not needed at all. I'm sure a judge and jury would agree. The man was cornered and being held.

If i committed this type of assault i'd be jailed. Headbutts are not the same as a punch to the face they're no where in the same league. Headbuts are vile, illegal manoeuvres and very dangerous. Not the sort of thing a police officer is allowed to do to any member of the public. Vile cretin of a cop.
Question Author
Danny that article is full of suspicion and old info.

The man never had a knife. He threatened to stab people, so was arrested on suspicion of having a knife. No where has reported he actually had a knife.
I hope that copper is on my train when I travel, will feel a lot safer from the scum.
Question Author
It hasn't identified the fact the giner oaf is an undercover police officer. However it's nice to know he was held against the train side, for 5-6 minutes, before shouting "I'm stupid" (refering to himself) to be headbutted. Barbarianism.

Big oafy ginger cop obviously had a power trip and saw his opportunity to be a big man by assaulting a vulnerable small chap. Bet his kids are well proud.. That is if he isn't such a caveman to be able to find a partner to mate with.

I feel sorry for her if he does have a partner.. I wonder if she gets abused for not doing the dishes properly.
Question Author
Teacake how sadistic.
He needs to go on a training course!

Dearie dearie me...

LOl nice one Ag ;)
You have a bee in your bonnet about the coppers for some reason. :0)
Signal failures 'appen all too often

Booooooom!
Question Author
Because actions like this go unpunished simply because of their status if they're on the job or not. Awful. It's unfair. They serve the public. Not headbutt them whilst they're apprehended.

Heard of the term you don't kick a man when he's down?

The term you don't headbutt a man you're restraining with 3 other big males cornering him with you also. It makes you a ***.
You need to get the chip off your shoulder, anyone threatening to stab needs to learn a stiff lesson. Job done!!
