methyl, Im using the same firm as I did for my divorce but it's now their conveyencing solicitor im using. During the divorce proceedings ,the divorce solicitor advised me to get my name on the land registry to stop my ex from selling or taking out a loan etc. I did this and paid £450 for it. My ex's name is on the title deeds and the house is freehold. Im wondering if I should change to just a conveyancing solicitor as Im getting nowhere fast. Thanks for you input,much appreciated.
