According to BBC TV this morning the government have told GPs they have to see there patients face to face when required, the required part worries me a little.

Do you mean it is having to tell them it is required teacake? If it is then I agree with you. It has become a total joke now, GP's should have their salaries cut if they dont want to do the job, everyone else if having to and indeed some surgeries are coping. //The days of popping to your Doctor for a chat are gone for now and may never return.// Well they should never...

I must be very lucky with my GP, he is willing to see us face to face.

You are , I've not had to go to the doctors in year's but two weeks ago I needed to see one. I had to book by internet, then was requested to seed a photo of the problem, they don't even know if I have the tec knowledge to even do that, ( I have but refused) and said it was something that needed looking at in the flesh, after a week of back and forth emails, I got my appointment. What a pain, wouldn't mind if I was always going there, but years????

Even you can work that out I'm sure.
If I knew what you were talking about I wouldn't have asked.

Have you not got any hovering you can do? dusting may be?
naomi, go away and hover over your house, or something ...
?
Margie. :o)

Do you know what Teacake is talking about?
didn't know that naomi could levitate . . .
Sorry, Shirley - not Margie. Derrrr....
aelmpvw, haha! Neither did I!
I think he is confusing hover with hoover.
Margie ?

If that was for me naomi, I was trying to be funny about tc's use of 'hovering', instead of, I presume 'hoovering' (lol).
I think he's confusing the Current Affairs section with Chatterbank.

12.51 Stop trying to de-rail the thread or I won't have a problem reporting it, you seem to do a lot of the latter.
I know, Shirley ... and you made me laugh. I felt a bit like Harry Potter's aunt. I called you Margie by mistake... but then I mixed Sanmac up with Shoota yesterday so nothing unusual. :o)
Question Author
^That's to both of you.
Teacake, I asked you a civil question. If anyone derailed your thread it's you.
