Hello AB'ers.
Well, I'm sure there are many people here who own a car or two, and I'm sure that many will agree with me that the cost of fuel has gone up considerably.
Talk about the most avaricious Government in the whole world!!! Grrrr..... :( :(
All they think about is to how to fleece more money from our hard earned cash that we have slaved for!! Tax this, tax that.Plus an increase in VAT to top it off.
Aaaarggh, when will it end. There's just no stopping this Condem coalition. Hmmmph!

Well, there might be just one small thing that we can do to hit back at them.
How about joining in with me by clicking on the link below, and signing on The Sun's petition to 'Keep Prices Down'.
I have also sent in a coupon too.The more people that sign, the sooner they will get the message. Many thanks for joining in and signing! =) =D

I actually think that Inhotep has done this with a good heart and that there are one or two rather ignorant, ill thought-out, and unnecessarily snobbish and rude responses on here. You people may think you are too intellectual to sign a Sun petition but you're mistaken because the price of fuel affects us all - whether we are drivers or not.

Sorry, but I have to leave now, as I have things to attend to.
But I will be back tomorrow evening to see if anyone has responded.
So, many thanks if you can help here.
Cheers everyone. :)
I will sign, but it will get us no where
I won't sign, for the same reason.
if the masses can afford personal transport including a ton+ of steel and 3 empty seats then motoring is in fact too cheap!
what Geezer said. If driving's too expensive, drive less.

"Dinner at the Ritz is far too expensive. Sign this petition to tell the government to make dinner at the Ritz cheaper!""
With the greatest of respect, exhorting people to sign a petition launched by the Sun is unlikely to attract a massive response form the cognoscienti who populate this place. Had it been from the Daily Mail, however, that anodyne publication so beloved of the peaceful folk who inhabit this site, you would be overwhelmed by the replies.

That's us told then!
I hope I'm one of the 'one or two', my life will be so complete with yet another 'Sword of Naomicles' dangling over me.
There are Daily Mail readers here? Sheesh, I'm off to Yahoo! Answers...
> The Sun's petition

The sad thing is that you're actually serious...

Admit it, the only reason you buy The Sun is for Page 3 and the tits...
Does it really matter where it come from Mark, Mike etc? Careful boys or you'll make Naomi right...
The fear of disappointing Namoi is too great.
True, very true. I'm just a cowardly pussycat at heart.
Oh God I just noticed a typo in my remark - quick before Mark gets me that should read ' Does it really matter where it comes from Mark, Mike etc?' :)
S'ok NOX... Naz spelt Naomi's name wrong too... all Sun readers are we? :-p
Nope- Guardian, Telegraph and occasionally the Sunday Times- but I don't see the need for intellectual snobbishness about where a petition starts or anything else for that matter.
So I did ... it's the SoCo typing ;-)
Now I am confused. Obviously I will cancel my subscription to the Guardian, but what to replace it with, The Sun or The Mail? Decisions, decisions.
