Shoota, be serious, a week ago, due to an idiot taxi driver in the box we had to go round him and in the process ripped off the sill on the driver's side MOT tomorrow

No straight answer really - it depends on what the damage is and how near certain structures it is.

I think sill damage can affect an MoT if it is within a certain distance of a structural point but if it doesn't affect safety then it shouldn't.
