No, ive not been derogatory in any way :-)

I have noticed that as I type it stops showing it, even though I carry on typing. As I can't type without looking at the keyboard I often think I've written lines of pearls of wisdom and there's nothing there!

I get that occasionaly zebo, but in this instance I made sure that it was all displayed in the reply box, pressed send and half of it was missing

Did you use greater than or less than sign (eg for a forwrds/backwards arrow) a sthat results in anything after it not appearing

Sometimes the cursor disappears outside the box, especially if you have clicked on something else. Nothing you type will appear until you click the cursor back in the box.
