It seems that a lot of Targaryens have some fire resistance. Whether it's ever explained why, I don't know, but I suppose it could have something to do with her link to dragons. Danaerys seems to be more resistant in the TV series, as she isn't immune in the books. She's survived fire and heat since the very early episodes. You'd think she would have found some...
