There should be a law which prohibits firms etc. from using Answering Machines for the purpose of delaying matters to their advantage.
How often have you left a message without any call back;
or 'pumped-in' a number and had a repeat of a menu?

Also, what about E/mails which result in Automated replies acknowledging your communication but, unless you send further messages of a pressurising nature, you are completely ignored?.

What do you think? Should we publish the names of those concerned? I've a firm in mind which,at present I'm trying to get from it a reply to an initial E/mail which I sent at the beginning of August. You may wish to know who or What is it and could be right in thinking its ' **** *** '
