Does my employer have to supply me with a hard copy payslip? They have an smartphone app, which lets me view and print my payslip, but if this is legal not to supply a hard copy.

During the time I worked formy last employer they switched to electronic payslips. I used to use their resources to print out a proper paper one, for filing.

Ask a post note I asked my HR company for a copy and they want to charge me £14.50 per pay slip.

The payslip is also able to be viewed on the company website not just by the smartphone app!

And what about the p60, do they need to provide a hard copy?

Just thought I would add that my payslips and P60 are provided electronically and have been for quite a while. I have had no problems in having a "print" accepted as proof of the details.
