Public Order Section 4 Charge At A Football Match
I was arrested on Saturday at a Football game for the above offence, I am a first time offender and was reacting to an assault on myself but the Police only caught me acting aggressively on cctv after I had been punched to the floor only a minute before.
Could someone please advice me on what verdict the court will take on this matter , as in a fine/ banning order etc

You would be unfortunate to suffer a banning order (page 440 of the document you have been referred to) as a result of a single isolated incident (assuming this was such). The court must be satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to believe that making a banning order would help to prevent violence or disorder. Do you intend to plead guilty? If so save your...
