Hi my daughter and her mate were attacked by two rsoles, they were charged with abh, should have been wounding!, they had severe cuts and brusing, including a slash across the neck and a stab wound,..it went to crown and they were pleading not guilty.. my daughter, her friend, and a witness gave evidence which they were terrorised by the solicitors, the court was cleared and we were told the judge had told them to plead guilty, they did and are awaiting sentencing....he has a really bad record of this type of thing, and a ipp has been mentioned by a few of his friends...the other bloke only has minor convictions what are there chances of getting a prison sentence.
