Your right to claim against the credit card company only exists when the payment is for over £100 (and for less than £30,000):

Why not contact your credit card company and ask them? They'd give you the right answer.

have you asked the website for a refund?
Yes your credit card company should be able to get it back. It depends on the company whether it will be able to reclaim smaller amounts, i got £23 back once from mine (smile.co.uk)
