Has anyone purchased a soup maker I see one advertised by Coopers and it looks good but are they easy to use and is the soup good!

I experiment on mine . I have done all sorts of soup .Less hassle just bung it all it set the switch and hey presto put your feet up .

As you can see this type of question has been asked numerous times. There seems to be two camps. The larger seems to be the one that sees no benefit when they can make soup in a saucepan, the other group thinks it is the best thing since non-sliced bread. I think you can only try for yourself and see if it suits you. I've occasionally thought of trying one but can't see me carting back the raw materials for long when I know of tinned soups I quite like.
Ok, everybody knows a big pot makes soup, and second day soup is good etc.
But this gadget makes it in 20mins, and the result is firstclass, it doesn't simmer for 1-1.5hrs, it's there when you need it. I enjoy soup summer and winter and you just cannot get anything simpler or efficient, it does what it claims.
If you prefer a pot use it, but all is good in the land of Soupmakers
