Hi I have alpha 32 combi boiler and it fires up every 10 seconds or so even when easystat is turned off any answers please ?

Sounds like boiler "short-cycling" Gatty. It could also be a faulty sensor telling the boiler to fire up even when it's not needed. Cycling can get quite complicated. Have a look here............... http://www.diynot.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=208502 10 seconds is way too often. A boiler guy would be able to quickly diagnose.

Alpha boiler won't respond to easy stat even though it is connected and burner still lights after reset and turned to hot water only ?
