Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes sliced thinly
  • 150g of thickly sliced mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 basil leaves

Method

  1. On two plates arrange the mozzarella and tomatoes lay a slice of mozzarella over a slice of tomato and garnish with basil leaves on top, and then drizzle olive oil on top.
