Lemon and lime grilled prawns is a simple, quick starter or a delicious healthy dinner, perfect served with wild rice. King prawns are juicy, sweet and delicious especially when they are cooked from raw. Using raw prawns in a recipe makes a big difference to the flavours, and if they still have the shell on even better, the shells have the most flavour.

Freshly cooked prawns are delicious and delicate. To make the most of their delicate flavours the simplest ways of cooking are the best. Prawns marinated in lemon, lime and a little white wine then grilled, brings out all the juicy flavours.
