Brioche French Toast

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 4tbsp milk
• 4 slices of brioche
• Little bit of butter
• Honey
• strawberries

Method

1. Crack and whisk eggs in a bowl add the milk.
2. Soak the four slices of brioche in the whisked eggs.
3. Heat a frying pan with a little bit of butter and fry until golden on both side.
4. Serve with a little drizzle of honey and strawberries
