I have high cholestrol and am a bit overweight. This has been partly caused by my love of crisps & dry roast peanuts which I have now cut out. Can anyone suggest a savoury snack that would go with a glass of red wine that isn't high in saturated fat / calories. Please don't say celery or carrot sticks!

Hi Meadow,
Do you like tuna? This recipe looks tasty & obviously healthy!

Chop some onions up and add Sweet Chilli sauce and have with rice cakes or dutch crisp bakes.

Low far yoghurt with some garlic paste and mint along with sliced pitta bread.

Very tasty and very low in calories.

O and Tescos have in their 'light' range a huge tub of Normandy fromage frais 85p -and its brill with mushrooms and pepper and onion with tuna lashed through it and seasoned to taste -make ahuge bowl of it and its ace just to dive in and out of -not literally of course -again very low in calories.
popcorn ..yuk, isnt it like eating polystyrene
