Yesterday on This Morning Dr Steele recommended Blueberry Punch an antioxidant drink. I checked the price quite expensive £34 95 for 750ml bottle, it is concentrated, it seems to be available only on line, although it did say some health shops may sell it Has anyone tasted it, is it worth the price or are there any cheaper alternatives.

could you not just eat blueberries instead?

Sainsburys have Blueberries in their Basics range at a reasonable price in the fruit and veg section. They are fine, often smaller ones thatn the higher priced product.
how many servings do you get for 34.95???....compare to MPs suggestion of £2 per day (or£ 60 per month)-weigh it up...and decide which is value for money.
