My French teacher's favourite alcoholic beverage which I presume is a wine, is pronounced "DALASKA"

I have NO idea how it's spelt or what it is, or where I can get it from. Any alcohol experts know off the top of your heads know what it is please?

I need to buy it ASAP for him as a present.

The first thing I thought was it maybe Talisker, pronounced with a French accent....It's a Whisky from Skye.
No other idea, sorry!

Yep sorry I had to ask him again. It was his accent which threw me, it's the whisky, tilaska. thankyouuuuu x
