On a plate or in a bowl?

I like mine served in a huge bowl with plenty of dumplings.

I made a beef stew yesterday and it was divine, just about to have another bowl full.

The same as you, in a bowl with dumplings, you can't get enough on a plate.

Same as you, RATTER.
In a bowl, same as hotpot, usually in another bowl with your bread tucked between the bowls.

No dumplings for me though.

WOT, lol that must have been the thickest stew in history, Chris !.
Whats dumplings or cobblers? lol
With a big mound of pickled red cabbage on top. Mmmmm, scrummy.
Cobblers are like dumplings but they are drier, sticking out of the top of the stew and get a crust on them.
