Static owners how do you get your monthly prescription tablets when you spend the summer at your caravan.

I dont know what static caravanners do, but we go away a lot and our prescriptions are on a three month repeat so unless you're going to be away from home for more than three months at a time I'd see your gp and explain your situation. Hopefully he'll be able to issue you with one prescription for three months worth of meds.

You'll have to go home.

Bit of a nuisance that Ummmm, and expensive.I'll try asking for a longer supply.
My grand parents stayed at their caravan from March to October. They had to come back for appointments.
Yes, they'll do that if it's a regular prescription. Not sure they'd do it for the whole season though.

Thank you for all replies.
Whistonian, have you found the forum for static caravanners? It's called 'go static' and has some very useful information.
if you are going to be away for a whole summer, there is nothing stopping you signing onto a gp surgery as a temporary resident, and getting your prescriptions via there. The other option is does your GP do EPS? if so, you can get the medicines sent through the post
