My partners 18 year old has been using my address to get payday loans she doesn't even live here. The relationship with her dad has broken down. How can I contact credit reference people collectively to let them know she cannot use this address as she doesn't live here

Lenders check information with credit reference agencies, such as Experian. Go here https://ins.experian.co.uk/contact and click on 'Fraud'. To protect your own credit file and any applications you may make for loans etc, you may also want to think about contacting CIFAS,

https://www.cifas.org.uk/
If you try ringing them of course to inform them but you may find that for reasons of Data Protection they won't speak to you
You may need to make sure her name at ypur address is removed from the electoral roll to reduce the risk of further instances

Experian share information with the other two major credit reference agencies but if you want to contact them directly, email them at these addresses:

The third credit reference agency in the UK is Equifax:-

^^^ Thanks, Flonska. I meant to give the Equifax contact information but accidentally repeated the Experian one instead.

(Thanks for BA, Loulou)
Note if they default on the loans and don't pay them back it may put a black mark in the financial system against your address.
Guilbert . . . debt (loans, credit cards, mortgages, mobile phone contracts etc) are primarily registered against the person and what you describe is likely only to happen if loulou and the other party are already "financially associated." Contacting each of the three credit reference agencies and CIFAS should prevent loulou's credit file from becoming adversely affected.

Once the records have been noted, any applications processed where credit reference data is sought/verified will be "referred" back to the lender/credit provider. Usually an underwriter is assigned to the case and who can then discuss this in more detail with the applicant.

If loulou wishes she can add a"notice of correction" to her credit file. (The agency will advise how to do this).

If loulou applies for loans or credit, she should be "up front" and advise whoever she applies to of the situation regarding her Credit File before submitting a formal application.
^^^ Credit reference agencies aren't permitted to blacklist people based solely upon their address. They have to be able to show that there's good reason to assume that the finances of people who're living at the address (or who've previously lived there) are linked in some way.
>>> If loulou wishes she can add a"notice of correction" to her credit file

A 'notice of disassociation' might be more relevant.
Thanks Buenchico for your comment @15:23 which enhances my post just ahead of yours. ;-)
If loulou has been "associated" with the third party, I agree, Buenchico, a notice of disassociation would be more appropriate - but I could not determine from the previous posts if that had already happened.
I had a similar problem, Flonska. I was originally going to post a link to the 'disassociation' form but I wasn't sure as to how it could be filled in (in a way that would properly register with the people at Experian).
I think Experian (and presumably the other two agencies as well) use a declaration form to apply for a "disassociation." If my understanding is correct, this can be found on this link.

http://www.experian.co.uk/downloads/consumer/association_questionnaire.pdf

If loulou talks to each agency to establish if there has been an association, they should be able to advise her what to do in that event.
Sorry, ignore the link. That is to make an association not break one!
This is the link to the "disassociation" form:-

Sincere apologies or any confusion!!
