They may not have worked for you caslass, they do however work for others, myself included. There is also very strong scientific evidence that they do work.Hospitals would not give them out in pain clinics(where mine is from) and physiotherapists wouldn't recommend their use if they were a waste of money.
Try getting some facts straight before...

You'd be better off buying a TENS machine, there is no evidence that the painsolv device works at all.
Lloyds chemists sell a very good and cheap TENS machine.
Yes the TENS machine is cheap, but a total waste of money as they don't work.

Thank you for help Daffy654. I have tried many places
on the net and most agree with you.
personally i think TENS machines are rubbish for joint pain, but better on nerve/muscular pain. However at £15 or less, probably worth trying before something for 100 pounds.

I hope you like the manner in which i answered daffy? i'd hate to incur your wrath
The TENS pen may work better on joint pain (not painsolv pen!) as it can be targetted better. They are more expensive than the Lloyds Chemist TENS machine but not as expensive as the painsolv thing.

Bednobs, your answer was perfectly acceptable, you did not make a broad and untrue statement, you stated your own experience which is fine ;-) lol
:) :) :) Good! Hope your day is getting better
I tend to go for the oral relief, Glucosamine and Chondroitin.

I get mine from www.medisop.co.uk

prices are half that of the high street.

Thank you to all who have replied.
I have now been informed that Lloyds are
offering 20% of sales over ten pounds so
I am going to have another look at PainSolv
