I've finished this except for one question, and I've seen it answered but with 12 letters instead of the 10 in the question. Please can anyone let me know if the 12 lettered one is correct, and if not, guide me to the right answer.

Does that mean that you have contacted the setter and he has confirmed the letter count should be 12 and not 10

Smouse - I contacted the setter and they will accept 10 or 12 letters. The 10 letters option is an abbreviation of the 12 . Hope that makes sense.
