I wake up with a bad neck every morning,I have tried every pillow going!!! I need quite a low pillow, which gives good support to my neck, but still quite soft!
Can anyone advice me please? I really would appreciate your comments and help!
Many thanks in advance.

The type of pillow you need will depend if you sleep on your back, front or side. If it is all of the above then a medium pillow made of down and feather is recommended (assuming you want natural fill). Google 'How to choose pillows' or a similar phrase and you'll find many independent websites giving guidance for suitable pillow fills and subsequent websites...

Have you tried the shaped memory foam ones ?
I've seen air pillows recommended on here

It is a bit of a minefield!
I have a Dunlopillo which is latex I think, from John Lewis, very good. You probably need more support than one thin pillow to support your shoulder in the night. Squashing your shoulder could cause the ache you have.
Dunlopillo latex is a very good choice. Unlike memory foam it won't "cook" your head because of heat retention, but is firm and soft at the same time. Not cheap but worth it.
I swear by my Tempur pillow, scruffbag. They're a bit pricey but well worth it. You can probably get them cheaper on EBay.

My head never gets cooked.
chrissa, I have one similar to yours, £7 at aldi.
No, no, no anne. My Tempur is the business. I bet yours is not guaranteed for 15 years. LOL.
chrissa, I hope im alive for 15 years to find out, ? I hope you are well.
Me too anne. Yes, I'm fine and thanks for asking.
mediflow water pillow was worth every penny , Ive spent a fortine trying to get the right pillow for my dodgey neck. The top layer is an actual pillow the bottom layer you fill with water until its at the perfect hight to suit YOUR neck !!
I have a bad neck and the only pillow I can use is a goose feather pillow
Tempur, without doubt, took a short while to get used to it, now take it with me whenever I go away. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
looks like you'll have to sleep on it

lol

MANY THANKS TO EVERYONE. i WILL LOOK INTO ALL OF YOUR ADVICE.XX
I use a pure down pillow with a pure silk pillowcase. Both wildly expensive, but both wildly luxurious. Not to mention comfortable.

Just to let you know, that I ended up getting a 'white duck feather' pillow by Dorma, with a silk pillow case. Love it!
Many thanks to everyone! xxx
