I'm a 18 year old girl, I'm 2 stone over weight and I've been on a diet for a week. Today I ate a bananna, apple, water then had a jog. Then had a sandwich and went for another little jog and my chest felt tight. Then I had pasta for dinner and green tea. my chest still feels tight, 4 hours after jogging. I have sinus problems in my nose ( waiting for a operation). Help.

This has nothing to do with your sinus problem and all to do with an overweight 18year old just starting on a physical exercise program.

Firstly, it is not a good idea to jog straight after eating, better to jog before as this redistributes blood from your muscles to the digestive system.

This pain is muscular and is a type of cramp and as you get fitter...

Is it your chest? Your stomach is actually much higher than people tend to think. You've been on a diet for a week and you've not eaten much today. Are you sure it's not hunger pangs?

This pain is muscular and is a type of cramp and as you get fitter and lose more weight, your chest pain will become less significant.
