Thanks - but I cannot claim credit - it comes from the late and much-missed Clive James, a writing hero of mine - he used it to refer to Arnold Schwarztenegger.

Another beautiful image of Clive's was the face of Barbara Cartland which Clive referenced as "Looking like two tiny crows had crashed into a chalk cliff face."
