I am a little concerned here about a memorial.
Rigby was murdered, not in the line of duty, there was no act of bravery, just someone being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Unlike for example Keith Blakelock who was hacked to death in an attempt to quell the Tottenham riots of the Broadwater farm.
Are we going to erect memorials for ALL innocent people who have been murdered?
