In 19A, where's the definition? The whole clue gives the cryptic derivation of the answer, and I can't see that it's an &Lit clue. Any ideas?...

Solvers should note that 12A is indeed 5 letters long as shown in the clue, even though there is bar after 4 letters in the diagram - in the PDF version, at least.
