No doubt this one has cropped up on AB more than once but I'd like to have a moan myself.

I've just been walking down my local high street and was walking toward a group of 6 youths, all walking in my direction. As I got even closer to them I could tell they were not going to move over to let me past so had to walk out into oncoming traffic. I can live with the occasional roll over a car bonnet but the poor old lady (poor meaning I felt sorry for her) who was behind me was also forced to walk into the road. Luckily I could see this was going to happen and kept out in the road in the hope that a car would move out around me and the old lady; which it did.

Why are some children (adults also but I manly see it with children) so impolite, uncourteous and down right inconsiderate?

It makes my blood boil.

The attitude of the majority on here towards young people has really taken me aback - makes me wonder where you all live that makes you frightened for your safety every time you see a teenager -geezus........
He sounded lovely paddywak. I would cross over the road to him if you were walking him and ask you if I could stroke his head.
He'd have let you lardy, the only trouble would be he wouldn't have wanted you to stop
Is that him on your avatar paddywak? If it is, he was beautiful.
It is Lardy,he was nearly 11 when we lost him nearly three years ago we still miss him. Most of my avatars are off Max at different stages in his life.

paddywak: I'd love for BDRR to take a GSD in but they are too big for us. Apart from SBT's I've never known such loyal dogs.
Sometimes think parents set very bad examples. On the tube in London a very kind gentleman stood up to give me his seat. Before I could move a mother pushed her 8/9 year old into the seat. Not worth arguing about but
The estate just down the road from us has a terrible rep with bunches of young kids hanging about all over the place but when I see the parents I have to wonder most of them are only kids themselves.
