I hahave slow cooked pulled pork with crackling, bread sauce, parsnips, roasties yorkshires, stuffing, cavalo nero, broccoli, sweetheart cabbage, peas, carrots, green beans, apple sauce, mustard and gravy. Wine is Freixenet bubbles and Elderston Barossa Shiraz.

I don't eat massive portions, Boxy. Alfie probably has a bigger Sunday dinner than me.
I am being waited on for the second evening running - Steak Diane with buttered savoy cabbage, green beans and steamed baby potatoes - could get used to this.

Going to be Roast Chicken here
but not 'til about 1930 hrs
Roast chicken with lemon garlic and thyme, roast tatties, braised leeks, broccoli with almonds and French beans tossed in garlic butter.

Sticky toffee pud and cream for pud.
Sounds lovely but what is pulled pork?
slow cooked pork joint, pulled apart rather than slicing. ie roast pork :)
Chinese takeaway tonight and a glass of wine! I was working today so have been cooking and baking all day! Couldn't really face the cooker tonight...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
