NO! I was a catholic to the age of 10 when I realised it was total BS. Didn't give religion another thought until the last couple of years when I started watching Youtube videos on the subject.

I ask myself, where was god during famine, war etc. A TV ad today said 19,000 children die every day through lack of clean water.

No. And I don't believe in any afterlife, though I suppose atheists might get one, wanting it or not! I see no reason to elevate humans in death to a higher level to any other mammal, or, indeed, any other animal.

I don't know Jeza, I aren't a great believer in heaven or hell, I just think it's a different sort of 'life'.

My Aunt who donated thousands to the catholic church believed you live both your heaven and hell here on earth. I think she was probably right.

I was talking to a colleague a while ago. She said that after she had her daughter, she had 6 miscarriages. The last miscarriage was ectopic and she 'died'. She said that when she died, she felt an overwhelming feeling of love and the feeling was so overwhelming and peaceful that she didn`t want to come back to this world. She did though and she said that she carries that memory with her and it stops her feeling scared about dying.

I believe that our time here lives on , in all we do - whether it goes on beyond our time on earth I am not sure.
