Heh heh!...I'm retired and get my afternoon power nap every day...........when I first retired it was afternoon "how's yer father" but we soon found out the nap much less stressful and far more refreshing....;-)

I have to nap most days. If oh is at work I usually go back to bed for a few hours in the morning, if not then I doze when he and our son are at the gym around 5.30pm to 7pm.

Wake up it's gone 7pm.
I used to nap occasionally in the afternoon, but when I awoke, I would think it was morning and I was late for work. It was such a nasty shock I stopped the napping.

I think the siesta is the most civilised behaviour known to man, but then I am a night person, and I adore sleeping in the day.

Same as Andy... I am most definitely a night owl. I had my "afternoon" nap at half seven tonight! Real afternoon naps are hard when you work til 6 :|

Never had an afternoon nap but dozed tonight at about 7-15 missed Emmerdale.The dog had me up at 4 this morning otherwise proberly would not have snuck in a doze.
