3D TV

I have finally succumbed to temptation and bought an Panasonic 42GT20B. 3D, so get ready for a barrage of questions in the very near future on how to do this and that. It was a good deal with Curry`s that I couldn`t resist, this included a Blue Ray and 5.1 surround sound, two pairs of 3D specs, and two special cables, total cost incl delivery £1,540.94. Who say`s times is hard? I`m now going to have a lie down and get rid of a thumping headache, OOOOwwwwwwwwwwww.

there have been no warnings about them, the kids even have own glasses. But its not as if they are watching 3d films constantly (i wouldnt let them anyway) and little one takes her glasses off and walks about half the time a film is on lol

Regarding children, Samsung (the biggest manufacturer of 3d tv regardless of the badge on the front of the set) states:
"Children under the age of six should not view 3D TV."
And "Pregnant women, the elderly, sufferers of serious medical conditions, those who are sleep deprived or under the influence of alcohol should avoid utilising the unit's 3D functionality."

Unfortunately watching anything in 3D makes me feel physically sick. Anyone else affected? My bank manager (if I had one) would be pleased.

I personally couldnt really care about 3D and think that it is quite pointless and been overhyped. Although 3D porn might be interesting!!
Apparantly it hasnt sold that well either. Im far more intrigued with Super Hi-Def (16 times sharper then current HD) and cant wait for that to get here!

We have enough trouble finding the remote so keeping glasses in the right place is too much of an ask for us
