a spoon
soak in hot soapy water for about 10 mins and then clean with a scourer
Leave to soak. Better to cook it in a microwave.
Invest in a Le Creuzet non-stick milk pan. Milk, baked beans, egg, just rinse off. Wouldn't be without one.
Steep in cold water, this softens the egg, hot water only cooks it further.
Sorry, but PMSL @ no-knowledge! :O)))
Same as heathfield a good non stick saucepan. I have just bought a new one as my old one was beginning to wear out and food was sticking. Now all I need to do is rinse new one under the tap. Magic.
steep your pot in pure Domestos bleach - no water - leave for a few days and it just peels off. I do it all the time.
Er..........with respect connemara, that does sound rather drastic!
throw it out and buy a new one.......................
warpig3 no it is not drastic - it is also brilliant if your burn your pots. try it some day before you make an assumption
If you've got a non stick frying pan use that next time Lacmag2.
soak in hot water and washing detergent overnight
(daz or similar)
Don't overcook them and they will not stick.
You won't need to do any of the above if you cook them properly.

Heat a fair amount of butter in the pan on a gentle heat. Put the eggs in the pan and turn down the heat slightly and keep stirring, even taking the pan off the heat for a few seconds to stir.

Serve immediatley.

Follow that and you should have minimal egg sticking to your pan if infact any!

Thanks everyone. I don't like eggs cooked in a microwave so I guess a non-stick saucepan on low heat is the way to go.
if you are cooking anything eggy or milky, you should rinse your pan with cold water first. It makes it easier to clean after. (The detergent thing will work though.)
