Hi i just found out that on christmas day before delivering presents to my house, my mother inlaw took away my presents and gave me a pair of pyjamas because she did not think that i had spent enough on her. (she opened her presents beforehand.) It did not bother me wat i received as i really believe that it is the thought what counts. Just tought that this was a really nasty thing to do.

Mrs o i cud do with a couple of face flannels if the offer still there. Lol
If your M-I-L has never done anything mean before, then she may have taken your presents away with the best of intentions. . .She may have realised when she saw her present from you, that you hadn't been able to afford to spend as much money as she had this year. And not wanting to embarrass you or make you feel inadequate, she may have thought best not to overwhelm you with presents. She may have been sensitive to your feelings. Is that a possibility?
I like that word SNEEP. What does it mean?
My mother in law used to give me clothing in her size and taste every year, (she was much larger and obviously, older than me) after a couple of years,I used to just give them back to her on her birthday! she didn't seem to mind!! didn't bother me in the slightest!
